Every toy is carefully handmade to bring a smile. Please plan ahead for birthday or holiday gifts – we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for international delivery.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create and prepare your item(s) for shipment.
Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will ship by Friday at the latest.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all products – no minimum purchase required.

  • Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United States & Canada 5–14 business days
Other countries 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates provided by carriers, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local postal service.

3. Expedited Shipping (Extra Fee)
If you need your gift sooner, you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional charge. (Actual delivery speed depends on the carrier and destination. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.)

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our carrier’s website or the link provided.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by your destination country.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure reliable delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or customs processing. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at glorade1111@163.com – we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
